Aim. Application of the concept of human-centricity in the process of digital transformation when building a management system for writing entrepreneurial projects.
Tasks. Development of practical recommendations and digital tools for the implementation of the Human-Centricity Management concept, development of humanistic value systems in the early stages of development of an entrepreneurial project.
Methods. In order to achieve the tasks, the methods of analysis, grouping and generalization, typologization, synthesis, graphical and tabular visualization were used.
Results. Practical recommendations have been developed for the implementation of the Human-Centricity Management (HCM) concept in the formation of a management system for entrepreneurial projects. The methodology for overcoming the information problem has been supplemented and modified: the Management of Developing Projects (MDP) web service has been proposed and developed, aimed at implementing the basic principles of HCM within the framework of the current project management model. The need for the formation of humanistic value systems in the early stages of the development of entrepreneurial projects is substantiated.
Conclusions. The entrepreneurial community and related institutions are united based on socially oriented role-based business models that support beneficial social transformations, as well as the basic principles of HCM. Companies that adhere to the concept of people-centricity are more successful in attracting and retaining qualified human resources. Digitalization of the concept of human-centricity in conditions of increased demand in the labor market plays the role of a catalyst for development and should be taken into account by the initiators of entrepreneurial projects when building company management systems.
