Privacy Notice (Data Processing Policy)
We explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used in entrepreneurial projects and how it affects human-centric values, the aesthetic quality of product / brand, and managerial practices (HDI: Humanism–Digitalization–Innovation).
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Identifiers (or pseudonyms), survey responses, HI–AI matrix ratings, optional interview recordings, participant-provided artefacts (screenshots / layouts). Limited technical metadata from the online platform.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Academic research on HDI and responsible AI adoption. Legal bases: participant consent (and / or “legitimate interests” in research, per local law).
STORAGE AND SECURITY
Retention period: 24 months (de-identification / erasure upon completion). Access restricted to the research team. Data stored on Beget Hosting (Netherlands).
PARTICIPANT RIGHTS
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), withdrawal of consent. Send requests to law@hdi.academy.
THIRD PARTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Limited transfers to processors (survey / transcription platforms) under data processing agreements with adequate safeguards (GDPR / SCCs where applicable).
