Welcome to the HDI Research

A study of the interaction of AI and human intentionality in an entrepreneurial context – how AI can (and should) support the ethical and aesthetic decisions of an entrepreneur-manager by implementing basic technological requirements: rethinking work practices (co-design), observing ethical boundaries (human-centricity) and following the humanistic values of an entrepreneurial product / service.

The process of managing modern entrepreneurial projects is based on the principles of humanism, digitalization and innovation. This approach was proposed and substantiated by the authors in the form of the HDI (Humanism-Digitalization-Innovations) concept as the basis for a system of value systems in the context of digital transformation of companies.

The principle of “Humanism” implies the company’s value orientation both to the individual (his / her competencies, motivation and needs, well-being) and to society (ethical standards, environmental and social initiatives, charity). The ethics of building and managing entrepreneurial projects includes transparency, honesty and fairness. Social responsibility is manifested in sustainable positive business practices.

The principle of “Digitalization” is revealed through the integration of digital technologies into all areas of the management system and the creation of a product / service. The principle of “Innovation” means that an entrepreneurial project is considered as a special type of organization of economic activity, in the process of which a new benefit is created.

One of the main tasks in the processes of creating and developing a company is the integration of the principles of humanism, digitalization and innovation into a single flexible system based on a common business strategy and ensuring the congruence of actions.
